The crew did an excellent job moving an oversize specialty piece for me for the 2nd time - highly recommend Gene’s Furniture and Moving!
I highly recommend Gene’s Furniture and Moving! The crew did an outstanding job. They were invaluable and courteous throughout the process. Although a few fragile items from my pantry that were bubble-wrapped did break, The crew informed me about this immediately. Unfortunately, my toolbox, which was packed in the moving truck, did not make it to my new place, and I am unsure what happened to it. The crew mentioned that the truck was empty when they finished unloading. Overall, communication was excellent. I would definitely use them again. The coordinator was also very helpful in setting everything up. Thank you!
The entire moving crew was incredible. They were under the impression of a 1 day job and stayed 3 days in a motel working day until night. Could not have asked for a better crew. Respectful and hard working through all the conflicted and unexpected problems that came up.
I chose 4 stars because a few things were damaged in the move but that doesn't mean I place blame because I don't know how it happened. The guys were really easy to work with and I would recommend them. Very good for the value.
Gene’s Furniture and Moving were very professional and moved everything simply and easily. I would most definitely recommend them for anyone who is wanting to move in the future!
